A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing nonflammable interior and exterior materials of buildings using burnt ashes. Currently, ashes from a garbage incineration plant are reclaimed at a cost. According to the present invention, ashes are collected for free or by receiving the money and intact ashes are extracted. The ashes are diluted with water, molded in a pellet with a circle particle shape, diluted with watery cement and mechanically compressed to produce plates. An adhesive is applied between the iron plates. Accordingly, an insulation sandwich panel is produced by using burnt ashes.
쓰레기소각장에서 타고 남은 재는 현재는 비용을 들여 매립하는데 이를 무료 혹은 처리비용으로 돈을 받고 수거하여 온전한 재를 추출한 후 물과 희석하여 둥근 입자모양의 펠렛으로 성형한 후 이를 다시 묽은 시멘트와 희석하여 기계적으로 압축하여 눌러 판을 만들며 이를 다시 철판사이에 접착제로 붙여 타고 남은 재로 만든 보온성샌드위치패널을 만들어 건축물의 불연성 내장, 외장재를 제조하는 방법입니다.
