Overpressure exhaust system for air house
The present invention relates to an overpressure exhaust apparatus for an air house which is to be used as a gym or a warehouse or to grow crops or the like, and more specifically, relates to an overpressure exhaust apparatus for an air house, which may be fixated and installed on a wall at the entrance of an air house, comprising: a weight which is replaceable and movable; and an opening/closing door. When the internal air pressure in the air house is excessively high, the opening/closing door automatically opens by the air pressure. When the air pressure is recovered to a normal range, the opening/closing door automatically closes. Since the operation is conducted only through a physical driving means, the overpressure exhaust apparatus is able to open or be sealed purely due to the air pressure regardless of whether the power is supplied or not or whether there is a control means or not, and to have no error or malfunction of the apparatus. Since the overpressure exhaust apparatus automatically operates only when the internal air pressure in the house is excessive, and does not operate at normal pressure, the apparatus does not need to be separately maintained or managed for greater user convenience. In addition, the overpressure exhaust apparatus is able to adjust the opening force of the opening/closing door in accordance with an internal air pressure required by the air house, and thus the apparatus is available for all types of air houses, thereby providing very broad uses.
본 발명은 체육관이나 창고 혹은 작물 등을 재배하기 위한 에어 하우스에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 에어 하우스의 출입구 벽체에 고정 설치 가능한 과압 배기장치를 구성하되, 상기 과압 배기장치는 교체 및 이동 가능한 무게추와 개폐도어를 갖고 있는 것으로서, 에어 하우스의 내부 공기압이 과도하게 높은 경우 공기압에 의해 상기 개폐도어가 자동으로 개방되게 하고, 공기압이 정상 범위로 회복되는 경우에는 자동으로 개폐도어가 닫힐 수 있도록 구성함에 따라, 물리적인 구동수단을 통해서만 작동이 이루어지므로 전원 공급 여부 혹은 제어수단의 여부와 관계없이 순수하게 공기압력으로 인해 개방 혹은 밀폐될 수 있어 장치의 오류 혹은 오작동이 전혀 없는 것이고, 하우스 내부 공기압이 과다인 상태에서만 자동으로 작동되고 정상 압력에서는 전혀 작동되지 아니하므로 별도의 유지 및 관리의 필요성이 전혀 없어 사용상의 편리함이 매우 뛰어난 것이며, 에어 하우스가 요구하는 내부 공기압력에 따라 개폐도어의 개방력에 대한 조정이 가능하여 모든 형태의 에어 하우스에 사용될 수 있어 범용성이 매우 우수한 것이다.
