Noise reduction type concrete form frame with ultra light weight and high strength
The present invention relates to a noise-reducing ultra lightweight high-strength concrete form frame comprising: a rectangular outer frame having a pair of first outer frame members arranged to face each other and a pair of second outer frame members arranged on both ends of the first outer frame members; a corner bracket arranged on each corner of the outer frame to connect and fix the first and second outer frame members; an inner frame being arranged in the outer frame and having a first inner frame member to connect the pair of first outer frame members, and a second inner frame member cross-coupled to the first inner frame members to connect the pair of second outer frame members; and a bracket for coupling inner and outer frames to connect and fix the inner frame and the outer frame. Grooves are formed on a lower portion of the first inner frame member and an upper portion of the second inner frame member. The grooves are inserted into each other by cross halving matching while an assembly core of a shape corresponding to the grooves is inserted. The first inner frame member, the assembly core, and the second inner frame member are fixed by a coupler to reduce weight, increase strength, and allow manufacture at low costs.
본 발명은 소음저감형 초경량 고강도 콘크리트 거푸집 프레임에 관한 것으로, 서로 대향되게 배치되는 한 쌍의 제1외부프레임부재와, 상기 제1외부프레임부재의 양단에 각각 배치되는 한 쌍의 제2외부프레임부재를 갖는 직사각형 형상의 외부프레임과, 상기 외부프레임의 모서리에 각각 배치되어 상기 제1외부프레임부재와 상기 제2외부프레임부재를 연결, 고정하는 코너브라켓과, 상기 외부프레임의 내측에 배치되되, 상기 한 쌍의 제1외부프레임부재를 연결하기 위한 제1내부프레임부재와, 상기 제1내부프레임부재에 교차 결합되어 상기 한 쌍의 제2외부프레임부재를 연결할 수 있는 제2내부프레임부재를 갖는 내부프레임 및 상기 내부프레임과 상기 외부프레임을 연결, 고정하는 내·외부프레임체결용브라켓을 포함하되, 상기 제1내부프레임부재의 하부와 상기 제2내부프레임부재의 상부에 홈부가 각각 형성되고, 상기 홈부는 내측에 상기 홈부와 대응되는 형상의 조립코어가 삽입된 상태에서 십자 반턱 맞춤에 의해 서로 끼워지며, 상기 제1내부프레임부재와, 상기 조립코어 및 상기 제2내부프레임부재는 체결구로 고정됨으로써 가볍고 강도가 높으며, 저렴한 비용으로 제조할 수 있는 소음저감형 초경량 고강도 콘크리트 거푸집 프레임을 제공한다.
