Multilayer Glass TPS Seal Member Finisher
Disclosed is an apparatus for finishing TPS spacer rods of multilayer glass. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus includes: a pillar vertically formed on the ground; an upper plate coupled to the pillar and horizontally formed; a bonding unit including widthwise directional rails which are formed on the top surface of the upper plate, a moving plate which is coupled to the widthwise directional rails and moves in a widthwise direction, a fixed unit which is formed on an upper portion of the moving plate, and in which a first pad is formed to come into contact with one surface of a spacer rod, a movable unit in which a second pad is formed to come into contact with the other surface of the spacer rod, a third pad which is formed between the first and second pads and operated to be moved back and forth, a first driving unit which operates the second pad to move the same back and forth, and a second driving unit which operates the third pad to move the same back and forth; a first power unit formed on one side of the upper plate and moving the moving plate by the widthwise directional rails; and a lengthwise directional driving unit having a fixing plate which is formed to be parallel to the upper plate under the upper plate and one end of which is mounted on the pillar, formed on the fixing plate and connected to the bottom portion of the upper plate to move in a lengthwise direction with respect to a widthwise direction of the upper plate. The apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention has an effect of beautifying appearance of the multilayer glasses by forming spacer rods which are interposed between multilayer glasses, attached along the edge of glass surfaces, and made of a resin material, and heating residues remained on surfaces of the spacer rods after a front end and a rear end of the spacer rods are connected to each other, thereby fusing the spacer rods.
복층유리의 티피에스 간봉 마감장치가 개시된다. 실시예에 따르면, 지면에 수직하게 형성된 지주; 지주에 결합되며 수평하게 형성된 상판; 상판의 상면에 형성되는 가로방향레일과, 상기 가로방향레일에 결합되어 가로방향으로 이동되는 이동판과, 상기 이동판의 상부에 형성되며 간봉의 일측면에 접촉되는 제1패드가 형성된 고정부와, 상기 간봉의 타측면에 접촉되는 제2패드가 형성된 가동부와, 상기 제1패드와 제2패드 사이에 형성되어 전후진 작동되는 제3패드와, 상기 제2패드를 전후진 작동시키는 제1구동부와, 제3패드를 전후진 작동시키는 제2구동부로 구성되는 접합부; 상판의 일측 형성되고, 이동판을 가로방향레일로 이동시키는 제1동력부; 상판의 하부에 평행하게 형성되며 일단이 지주에 장착된 고정판과, 상기 고정판에 형성되며 상판의 하부에 연결되어 상판의 가로방향에 대해 세로방향으로 이동시키는 세로방향구동부;를 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따르면, 복층 유리 사이에 개재되며, 유리면의 테두리를 따라 부착되는 수지소재로 된 간봉을 형성하되, 간봉의 시작단과 끝단이 서로 연결된 후 표면에 잔재된 잔여물을 가열시켜 융착시킴으로써 외관이 미려해질 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
