The present invention relates to a connection clip for a lightweight ceiling frame, which strongly fixes a carrier bar and a finishing panel fixing bar with the connection clip operated in a one-touch type to increase coupling force between both coupling bodies through only a fast and simple work and increase constructability, a ceiling finishing apparatus using the same, and a construction method thereof. To this end, according to the present invention, the connection clip is inserted into the outside of the carrier bar on the upper part of the carrier bar and is coupled to the finishing panel fixing bar crossed on the lower part of the carrier bar to integrally connect the carrier bar and the finishing panel fixing bar. The connection clip comprises: an upper plate disposed on the upper part of the carrier bar; a pair of side plates vertically extended from both left and right ends of the upper plate in one side direction perpendicular to the upper plate to be coupled to the finishing panel fixing bar; and an elastic pressing plate including a first inclined piece extended from both front and rear ends of the upper plate in the outward direction of the upper plate with a downward inclination and a second inclined piece extended from an extended end of the first inclined piece in the outward direction of the upper plate with an upward inclination, wherein the first inclined piece is pressed in the central direction of the upper plate to be bent and thus the first and second inclined pieces press and fix the upper surface of the carrier bar.
본 발명은 경량 천창틀용 연결클립 및 이를 이용한 천장마감장치 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 캐리어바와 마감패널 고정바를 원터치 형태로 작동되는 연결클립을 이용하여 견고하게 고정해줌으로서 빠르고 간단한 작업만으로 양 결합체간의 결합력이 향상되도록 하면서 시공성이 증가되도록 하는 경량 천창틀용 연결클립 및 이를 이용한 천장마감장치 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 캐리어바의 상부에서 캐리어바의 외측으로 끼워지고 캐리어바의 하부에서 교차되도록 설치되는 마감패널 고정바에 결합되어 캐리어바와 마감패널 고정바를 일체로 연결해주는 연결클립에 있어서, 상기 캐리어바의 상부에 위치하게 되는 상부판; 상기 상부판의 좌,우 양단에서 상기 상부판과 직교되는 일측 방향을 향해 수직하게 연장되어 상기 마감패널 고정바에 결합되는 한 쌍의 측면판; 상기 상부판의 전, 후양단에서 상부판의 외측방향을 향해 하향 경사지게 연장되도록 형성되는 제1경사편과 상기 제1경사편의 연장된 끝단에서 상부판의 외측방향으로 상향 경사지게 연장되도록 형성되는 제2경사편으로 이루어진 탄성가압판을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 제1경사편을 상부판의 중심방향으로 가압하여 절곡함으로써 제1경사편과 제2경사편이 캐리어바의 상부면을 가압하여 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 천창틀용 연결클립 및 천장마감장치 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
