Lightweight gabion retaining wall
The present invention relates to a lightweight gabion retaining wall which is able to have a hollow internal side to be lightweight and to be supported in a stable manner without bending even if an internal side surface of the gabion is not even. According to the present invention, the lightweight gabion internal wall comprises: a main pillar formed in the shape of a hollow rectangular pillar to have a main mounting hole punched on the front or rear surface and to have a main mounting piece vertically extended from the main mounting hole towards the internal side; a main engagement unit in the shape of a plate to have a main engagement hole punched from which a main engagement piece is vertically extended from the main engagement hole, and to be engaged with the main mounting piece with the main engagement piece inserted into the main mounting hole; a main gabion in the shape of a hexahedron surrounded by a wire mesh to be able to accommodate a stone or a lump of synthetic resin material in the internal side, to be placed on the front or rear surface of the main pillar, and to have its position fixated by having its one surface interposed between the main pillar and the main engagement unit; and a side surface gabion formed in the shape of a hexahedron surrounded by a wire mesh to be able to accommodate a stone or a lump of synthetic resin material in an internal side and to be engaged with a side surface of the main gabion or a side end on a surface in the direction of the main pillar of the main gabion.
본 발명은, 개비온 옹벽체의 내측이 중공되어 개비온 옹벽체를 경량으로 구성할 수 있고, 개비온의 내측면이 고르지 않더라도 휘어지지 않고 안정적으로 지지될 수 있는 경량 개비온 옹벽체에 관한 것으로서, 중공된 사각 기둥 형태로 형성되어, 전면 또는 후면에 주 장착홀이 천공되고, 상기 주 장착홀로부터 내측으로 주 장착편이 수직하게 연장되는 주 기둥; 판형으로 형성되어 주 결속홀이 천공되고, 상기 주 결속홀로부터 주 결속편이 수직하게 연장되어서, 상기 주 결속편이 상기 주 장착홀에 인입되어 상기 주 장착편에 결합되는 주 결속구; 내측에 돌 또는 합성수지재의 덩어리를 수용할 수 있도록 철망으로 둘러싸인 육면체 형상으로 형성되며, 상기 주 기둥의 전면 또는 후면에 구비되되, 일면이 상기 주 기둥과 상기 주 결속구의 사이에 개재(介在)되어 위치 고정되는 주 개비온; 내측에 돌 또는 합성수지재의 덩어리를 수용할 수 있도록 철망으로 둘러싸인 육면체 형상으로 형성되며, 상기 주 개비온의 측면 또는 상기 주 개비온의 상기 주 기둥 방향 면의 측단에 결합되는 측면 개비온;을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a lightweight gabion retaining wall which is able to have a hollow internal side to be lightweight and to be supported in a stable manner without bending even if an internal side surface of the gabion is not even.
