Door hinge device for preventing a finger from inserting in a door
The present invention relates to a hinge device installed between a door frame and a door to act as a rotary shaft when opening and closing the door. The hinge device comprises: a hinge frame having a length corresponding to a vertical length of the door, and comprising an attachment plate portion mounted on one side surface of the door, a hinge insertion groove formed in the center of one side surface of the attachment plate portion, a cover portion extending forwards from both dead ends of an attachment surface, an opening portion formed in the central portion of the cover portion, and a cover covering the opening portion; and a pair of hinge shaft portions individually installed in the upper portion and a lower portion of the hinge frame to enable the door to be rotationally connected to the door frame. Accordingly, the hinge device can be easily installed between the door and the door frame. Moreover, an accident such that fingers or parts of a human body are damaged or cut by being caught between the door and the door frame can be prevented or minimized.
본 발명은 도어의 개폐시 문틀과 도어 사이에 설치되어 회전축 역할을 하는 힌지장치에 있어서, 도어의 상하길이에 대응하는 길이를 가지되, 상기 도어의 일측면에 장착되는 부착판부와 상기 부착판부의 일측면 중앙에 형성된 힌지삽입홈과 상기 부착면의 양 끝단에서 전방으로 연장되어 형성된 커버부와 상기 커버부의 중앙부위에 형성된 개방부와, 상기 개방부를 덮는 덮개로 이루어지는 힌지프레임; 기 힌지프레임의 상부 및 하부에 각각 개별적으로 설치되어 도어를 문틀에 회전가능하게 연결하는 한쌍의 힌지축부;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 도어와 문틀 사이에 매우 간편하게 설치할 수 있고, 도어와 문틀 사이에 손가락이나 신체의 일부가 끼워져 다치거나 절단되는 등의 안전사고를 방지하거나 최소화 할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
