Methods for top-down constructing panel type retaining wall structure
Disclosed is a top-down panel type retaining wall construction method. The method includes: a step (a) of cutting a position in which a first retaining wall block is expected to be installed; a step (b) of installing a first foundation block having a fixed width on a floor adjacent to the cut slope; a step (c) of placing the first retaining wall block on the first foundation block obliquely in a direction to the cut slope; a step (d) of fixing the first retaining wall block to the ground of the cut slope; a step (e) of cutting a position, in which a second retaining wall block is expected to be installed, by excavating a width outer floor surface of the first foundation block; a step (f) of installing a second foundation block having a fixed width on a floor adjacent to the cut slope; a step (g) of placing the second retaining wall block on the second foundation block obliquely in a direction to the cut slope; a step (h) of fixing the second retaining wall block to the ground of the cut slope; a step (i) of cutting a position, in which a third retaining wall block is expected to be installed, by excavating a width outer floor surface of the second foundation block; and a step (j) of constructing n-number of retaining wall blocks as stairs by repeating processes, which are practically the same as the steps from (f) to (i), on the third to n-number of retaining wall blocks. Therefore, the method is capable of increasing working efficiency by preventing interference between excavating machines.
본 발명은 (a) 제1 옹벽 블록이 설치될 지점을 절토하는 단계; (b) 절토된 사면에 인접한 바닥에 정해진 폭을 가진 제1 기초 블록을 설치하는 단계; (c) 상기 제1 기초 블록 위에 제1 옹벽 블록을 상기 절토된 사면 방향으로 비스듬히 기울어지게 배치하는 단계; (d) 상기 제1 옹벽 블록을 상기 절토된 사면의 지반에 고정하는 단계; (e) 상기 제1 기초 블록의 폭방향 외곽 바닥면을 굴착하여 제2 옹벽 블록이 설치될 지점을 절토하는 단계; (f) 절토된 사면에 인접한 바닥에 정해진 폭을 가진 제2 기초 블록을 설치하는 단계; (g) 상기 제2 기초 블록 위에 제2 옹벽 블록을 상기 절토된 사면 방향으로 비스듬히 기울어지게 배치하는 단계; (h) 상기 제2 옹벽 블록을 상기 절토된 사면의 지반에 고정하는 단계; (i) 상기 제2 기초 블록의 폭방향 외곽 바닥면을 굴착하여 제3 옹벽 블록이 설치될 지점을 절토하는 단계; (j) 제3 옹벽 블록 내지 제n 옹벽 블록에 대해서도 상기 (f) 내지 (i) 단계와 실질적으로 동일한 공정을 하방으로 가면서 반복하여 n개의 옹벽 블록을 계단형으로 시공하는 일련의 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탑다운이 가능한 패널식 옹벽 시공방법을 개시한다.

Disclosed is a top-down panel type retaining wall construction method. The method includes: a step (a) of cutting a position in which a first retaining wall block is expected to be installed; a step (b) of installing a first foundation block having a fixed width on a floor adjacent to the cut slope; a step (c) of placing the first retaining wall block on the first foundation block obliquely in a direction to the cut slope; a step (d) of fixing the first retaining wall block to the ground of the cut slope; a step (e) of cutting a position, in which a second retaining wall block is expected to be installed, by excavating a width outer floor surface of the first foundation block; a step (f) of installing a second foundation block having a fixed width on a floor adjacent to the cut slope; a step (g) of placing the second retaining wall block on the second foundation block obliquely in a direction to the cut slope; a step (h) of fixing the second retaining wall block to the ground of the cut slope; a step (i) of cutting a position, in which a third retaining wall block is expected to be installed, by excavating a width outer floor surface of the second foundation block; and a step (j) of constructing n-number of retaining wall blocks as stairs by repeating processes, which are practically the same as the steps from (f) to (i), on the third to n-number of retaining wall blocks. Therefore, the method is capable of increasing working efficiency by preventing interference between excavating machines.
