CONCRETE PILE HEAD CUTTING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a device for cutting the head of a concrete pile. Provided is a concrete pile head cutting apparatus, comprising: a cutting unit main body of a plate shape, which has a tip of a groove shape surrounding the outer circumference of a concrete pile; a fixating frame protruding frontwards from both side ends of the cutting unit main body, before being fixated at a side surface of the concrete pile; first and second hydraulic cylinders arranged in parallel at both sides of an upper portion of the cutting unit main body; first and second operating frames of a cuboid shape, each of which is arranged at a tip portion of the first and second hydraulic cylinders, and which have a roller provided at both end portions of an upper portion, and are moved along a side end of the cutting unit main body; and a wire saw arranged after being wound around the roller, and performing a cutting process with respect to the concrete pile. Therefore, during the cutting process of the head of the concrete pile exposed to an upper portion of the ground surface, work time is shortened, workforce is reduced, and efficiency and work productivity in the cutting process can be enhanced. Furthermore, the quality of the horizontality of a cut surface can be guaranteed during the cutting process of the head of the concrete pile. Not only that, a safety accident can be prevented during the cutting process of the head of the concrete pile.
본 발명은, 콘크리트 파일의 두부를 절단하는 장치로서, 플레이트 형태이고, 선단부는 상기 콘크리트 파일 외주를 감싸는 홈 형상의 절단부 본체; 상기 절단부 본체의 양측단에서 전방으로 돌출되어 상기 콘크리트 파일의 측면으로 고정되는 고정 프레임; 상기 절단부 본체의 상부 양측에 서로 평행하게 배치되는 제1 및 제2 유압 실린더; 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 실린더의 선단부에 각각 배치되고 상부로는 양단부에 롤러가 배치되며 상기 절단부 본체의 측단을 따라 이동하는 직육면체 형태의 제1 및 제2 동작 프레임; 상기 롤러에 감기어 배치되어 상기 콘크리트 파일에 대한 절단 작업을 수행하는 와이어 쏘를 포함하는 콘크리트 파일 두부 절단 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 지면의 상부로 노출되어 있는 콘크리트 파일의 두부의 절단 작업 시 작업 시간이 단축되고 노동력이 감소되며 절단작업의 효율 및 작업 생산성이 향상되도록 할 수 있고, 콘크리트 파일의 두부의 절단 작업 시 절단면의 수평 품질을 확보할 수 있으며, 콘크리트 파일의 두부의 절단 작업 시 안전사고를 방지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a device for cutting the head of a concrete pile.
