FIRE DOOR SEALING MEMBER FOR FIRE DOOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
The present invention relates to a fire door, a sealing member for the fire door, and a manufacturing method for the same, which improve insulation properties and protect against sound, wind, and water. The present invention also aims to provide the sealing member for a fire door, which is engaged with and fixated at a precise position when being engaged with a door frame, to prevent the position of the sealing member for the fire door from being deformed during use by improving positional stability. According to the present invention, the sealing member for the fire door comprises: a support unit inserted into a groove unit of the door frame with an insertion groove; and a compression unit which includes an insertion unit inserted into the insertion groove, and which comes in contact with the door. Accordingly, the present invention maximizes the grounding area of the compression unit and door, easily maintains an airtight fit, engages the sealing member with all groove units on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the door frame, seals by corresponding to the closing angle of the door by hinge movement of the compression unit in accordance with the position of the engagement, and provides excellent insulation, thermal resistance and protection against sound, wind, water, and dew condensation.
본 발명은 방음성, 방풍성, 방수성 및 단열성을 향상시킨 방화문 및 방화문용 실링부재와 이를 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로서, 방화문용 실링부재와 문틀 프레임의 결합시 방화문용 실링부재가 정확한 위치에 결합 고정되고, 사용 중에도 방화문용 실링부재의 위치가 변형되지 않도록 위치 안정성이 향상되도록 하는 방화문용 실링부재를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 문틀 프레임의 홈부에 삽입되고, 삽입홈이 형성되는 지지부 및 삽입홈에 삽입되는 삽입부를 포함하고 도어와 접하는 압착부를 포함하는 방화문용 실링부재를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 압착부와 도어와의 접지면적이 최대가 되어 기밀 유지가 용이하고, 문틀 프레임의 상하좌우 홈부에 모두 결합이 가능하며, 결합 위치에 따라 압착부의 힌지운동에 의해 도어의 닫히는 각도에 따라 대응되어 밀폐시킬 수 있어 내열성, 방음성, 방풍성, 방수성, 결로 방지성 및 단열성이 뛰어나다.

The present invention relates to a fire door, a sealing member for the fire door, and a manufacturing method for the same, which improve insulation properties and protect against sound, wind, and water.
