MULTIPURPOSE STORM WATER DRAIN DEVICE FOR APARTMENT HOUSE
The present invention relates to a multipurpose rainwater discharge device for an apartment house and, more specifically, to a multipurpose rainwater discharge device for an apartment house which can suppress noise created when rainwater falls and prevent backflow of bad smells (harmful gas) and entry of harmful insects. According to the present invention, the multipurpose rainwater discharge device for an apartment house comprises: a rainwater pipe which is a pipe for gathering rainwater to exclude rainwater while being vertically installed in a household space of an apartment house, reduces a falling speed of rainwater, disperses a discharge flow, and allows rainwater to flow down along an inner wall of the pipe; a drain housing to induce drainage while being fitted into an upper end of a drain of a floor slab in a household space directly below the rainwater pipe, and open the interior thereof only when a water load is transferred when rainwater and wastewater enter; and a trench cover to filter out foreign substances from wastewater flowing into the drain by covering an upper end of the drain housing while being added and mounted on a lower end of the rainwater pipe.
본 발명은 공동주택용 다목적 우수배출장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 빗물(우수) 낙하시 발생하는 소음의 억제는 물론 악취(유해가스)의 역류와 해충의 유입이 방지될 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 다목적 우수배출장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 공동주택의 세대공간 내에 수직설치된 상태로 우수를 모아 배제하는 관체로써, 우수의 낙하속도를 저하시키고 배출흐름을 분산시키며 우수가 관체 내벽면을 타고 흘러내리도록 하는 우수관; 상기 우수관 직하의 세대공간 내 바닥슬라브 배수구 상단에 끼워 맞춤된 상태로 배수를 유도하되, 우수 및 오수 유입시의 수하중 전달시에만 내부개방이 이루어지도록 한 드레인하우징; 및, 상기 우수관 하단에 부가장착된 상태로, 상기 드레인하우징 상단을 덮어 배수구로 흘러드는 오수로부터 이물질을 걸러내는 트렌치커버;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
