Device to prevent water overflow
The present invention relates to a water overflow prevention device comprising: an Arduino water level sensor module to sense a flow of electricity when a conductive liquid comes in contact with an electrode to measure a water level of a bathtub to supply water level information to an Arduino UNO R3; the Arduino UNO R3 to sense a water level of a bathtub transmitted from the Arduino water level sensor module to compare the water level with a set reference value to regulate and control a servo motor which is an external device and a user information providing means (320); the servo motor to receive a control signal of the Arduino UNO R3 to be driven by setting a horizontal rotation angle from 0 to 180 degrees desired by a user for a faucet opening device installed on a bathtub; the faucet opening device to regulate tap water by horizontally rotating the faucet opening device in accordance with the horizontal rotation angle of the servo motor set by the user; and the user information providing means to provide the user with water overflow information by regulation and control of the Arduino UNO R3. A water overflow of a bathtub is automatically blocked, and water overflow information of the bathtub can be supplied to a user by an LED and an alarm function.
본 발명은 물 넘침 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 전극에 전도성 액체가 닿으면 전기의 흐름을 감지해서 욕조의 수위를 측정하여 아두이노 UNO R3로 수위정보를 제공하는 아두이노 수위센서 모듈과; 상기 아두이노 수위센서 모듈로부터 전송되는 욕조의 수위레벨을 감지하여 설정된 기준값과 비교 연산하여 외부장치인 서보모터와 사용자 정보제공 수단(320)을 단속 제어하는 아두이노 UNO R3와; 상기 아두이노 UNO R3의 제어 신호를 수신 받아 욕조에 설치된 수도꼭지개폐장치를 사용자가 원하는 0°~ 180°까지 좌우회전 각도를 설정해서 구동되는 서보모터와; 상기 사용자가 설정한 상기 서보모터의 좌우 회전각도에 따라 상기 수도꼭지개폐장치를 좌우로 회전시켜 수돗물을 단속하는 수도꼭지개폐장치와; 상기 아두이노 UNO R3의 단속 제어에 의해 사용자에게 욕조의 물 넘침 정보를 제공하는 사용자 정보제공 수단이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 넘침 방지 장치를 구현함으로써, 욕조의 물 넘침을 자동으로 차단하고 사용자에게 LED와 알람 기능을 통해 욕조의 물 넘침 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 한 독특한 효과가 있다.
