Construction block manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus the same
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a block for construction, which maximizes manufacturing efficiency, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of providing cement, water, Styrofoam, and a mixing agent as materials for a block for construction to a cementer hopper, a water hopper, a Styrofoam hopper, and a mixing agent hopper, respectively; a second step of inserting cement, water, Styrofoam, and a mixing agent into a mixer from the cementer hopper, the water hopper, the Styrofoam hopper, and the mixing agent hopper, respectively, and mixing the same to be a first mixture; a third step of inserting the first mixture stored in the mixer into a mixture hopper; a fourth step of inserting the first mixture inserted into the mixture hopper into a first block jig providing an internal space, wherein the internal space corresponds to a shape of a block for construction; a fifth step of curing the first mixture by using the first block jig; and a sixth step of separating the cured first mixture from the first block jig to make a first block for construction. The fourth step includes a step of moving the mixture hopper from a first position for receiving the first mixture from the mixer to a second position for inserting the first mixture into the block jig.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a block for construction, which maximizes manufacturing efficiency, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof.
