The present invention relates to a roll screen apparatus with a deceleration unit, comprising: a roll case installed on a window frame or a door frame; a rotary roll stored inside the roll case to rotate; a handle case which moves in a first direction to approach the roll case and a second direction to move away from the roll case; a roll screen having one end unit wound on the rotary roll, and the other end unit fixated on the handle case, being introduced into the roll case or being discharged from the inside of the roll case when the handle case is moved; a torsion spring placed inside the roll case to apply an elastic torsion force to the rotary roll to pull the handle case in the first direction; a control cylinder which controls the elastic torsion force of the torsion spring applied to the rotary roll; and the deceleration unit which generates a frictional force resisting the rotation of the rotary roll, and reduces the rotary speed of the rotary roll rotated by the elastic torsion force. The present invention aims to provide the roll screen apparatus with the deceleration unit, which is able to rapidly reduce the speed of the roll screen.
본 발명의 방충망 장치는 창틀 또는 문틀에 설치되는 롤 케이스; 상기 롤 케이스의 내부에 수납되고 회전하는 회전롤; 상기 롤 케이스를 향해 접근하는 제1 방향 및 상기 롤 케이스로부터 멀어지는 제2 방향으로 움직이는 핸들 케이스; 일단부는 상기 회전롤에 권취되고, 타단부는 상기 핸들 케이스에 고정되며,핸들 케이스를 이동시키면 상기 롤 케이스의 내부로 인입되거나 상기 롤 케이스의 내부로부터 인출되는 방충망; 상기 롤 케이스의 내부에 마련되고, 상기 핸들 케이스를 상기 제1 방향으로 잡아당기도록 상기 회전롤에 비틀림 탄성력을 가하는 토션 스프링; 상기 회전롤에 가해지는 상기 토션 스프링의 비틀림 탄성력을 조절하는 조절 실린더; 상기 회전롤의 회전에 저항하는 마찰력을 생성하고, 상기 비틀림 탄성력에 의해 회전하는 상기 회전롤의 회전 속도를 감속시키는 감속 유니트;를 포함할 수 있다.
