METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BUILDING INTERIOR MATERIAL AND BUILDING INTERIOR MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an interior material for construction, and an interior material for construction. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing an interior material for construction comprises: a first stirring step of primarily stirring a first gypsum mixture, in which 70-80 wt% of gypsum powder, 10-25 wt% of vermiculite powder, and 5-10 wt% of functional mineral powder are mixed, and first water for stirring, at a volume ratio of 4 : 1-7 : 3; an injection and compressing step of injecting a first stirred mixture primarily stirred into a part of a prepared mold and compressing the first stirred mixture so that grain particles in the first stirred mixture are settled down on a bottom surface, and an embossed surface is formed on the bottom surface; a reinforcing step of placing a strength reinforcing material on an upper portion of the first stirred mixture injected into the mold; a second stirring step of secondarily stirring a second gypsum mixture, in which 80-90 wt% of the gypsum powder and 10-20 wt% of the vermiculite powder are mixed, and second water for stirring, at a volume ratio of 7 : 3-3 : 2, wherein a mixture of the second gypsum mixture and the second water for stirring is diluted further than the first stirred mixture; a remainder molding step of injecting a second stirred mixture secondarily stirred into an upper portion of the strength reinforcing material of the mold, filling a predetermined remaining part of the mold with the second stirred mixture, and semi-drying the second stirred mixture; and a demolding and drying step of demolding, from the mold, the semi-dried second stirred mixture and drying the second stirred mixture in a drying furnace. In addition, proposed is an interior material for construction. According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture the interior material for construction, which has an anti-humidity property, a heat insulating property, and light-weight characteristics.
본 발명은 건축 내장재 제조방법 및 건축 내장재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따라, 석고 분말 70 ~ 80wt%, 질석 분말 10 ~ 25wt% 및 기능성 광물 분말 5 ~ 10wt% 비율로 혼합한 제1 석고혼합물과 제1 교반용 물을 4:1 ~ 7:3 범위의 부피비율로 1차 교반하는 1차 교반 단계; 1차 교반된 제1 교반 혼합물을 준비된 몰드에 일부분 만큼 주입하고 압축시켜 제1 교반 혼합물 중 알갱이 입자를 바닥면으로 침강시켜 엠보싱 표면을 형성시키는 주입 및 압축 단계; 몰드에 주입된 제1 교반 혼합물의 상부에 강도 보강재를 까는 보강 단계; 석고 분말 80 ~ 90wt% 및 질석 분말 10 ~ 20wt% 비율로 혼합시킨 제2 석고혼합물과 제2 교반용 물을 7:3 ~ 3:2 범위의 부피비율로 제1 교반 혼합물보다 더 묽게 2차 교반하는 2차 교반 단계; 2차 교반된 제2 교반 혼합물을 몰드의 강도 보강재 상부로 주입하여 몰드의 예정된 나머지 부분을 채우고 반건조시키는 잔여 몰딩 단계; 및 반건조 상태에서 몰드로부터 탈형하여 건조로에서 건조시키는 탈형 및 건조 단계를 포함하는 건축 내장재 제조방법이 제안된다. 또한, 건축 내장재가 제안된다.
