FAST-HARDENING TRACK FOR IMPROVING RESISTANCE PERFORMANCE AGAINST VERTICAL DEFORM AND HORIZONTAL DEFORM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR THE SAME
The present invention provide a rapid hardening track with improved resistance performance of vertical deformation and horizontal deformation and a construction method thereof, which are possible to improve resistance performance with respect to deformation in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction of a rapid hardening track through installation of a grid geotextile, a flat friction board, an L-shaped friction board, and a small-caliber steel stake on the roadbed when replacing a worn-out ballast track into the rapid hardening track by filling rapid hardening mortar, are possible to maximize tensile strength of the grid geotextile by utilizing the flat friction board, the L-shaped friction board and the small-caliber steel stake, are possible to reduce crack generation of the concrete track through installation of a wire mesh, are possible to control crack width when generating cracks, are possible to uniformly set ballast shoulder part through installation of the L-shaped friction board and a rebar net cover, and are possible to prevent losses of ballast.
급속경화 모르타르를 충진하여 노후 자갈도상궤도를 급속경화궤도로 교체 시공시, 노반 상에 격자형 토목섬유, 평판형 마찰판, L형 마찰판 및 소구경 강재말뚝 설치를 통해 급속경화궤도의 수직방향 및 수평방향의 변형에 대한 저항성능을 향상시킬 수 있고, 평판형 마찰판, L형 마찰판 및 소구경 강재말뚝을 활용하여 격자형 토목섬유의 인장강도를 극대화할 수 있으며, 또한, 와이어메쉬 설치를 통해 콘크리트궤도의 균열 발생을 저감시키고, 균열 발생 시 균열폭을 제어할 수 있고, 또한, L형 마찰판 및 철근망 덮개의 설치를 통해 도상어깨부를 균일하게 설정하고, 도상자갈의 손실을 방지할 수 있는, 수직변형 및 수평변형의 저항성능을 향상시킨 급속경화궤도 및 그 시공방법이 제공된다.
