The present invention relates to an automatic asphalt tramper. The automatic asphalt tramper includes: a body part comprising a sample storage box with an open upper side, a guide bar installed to be erected in the upper part of the sample storage box, and an elevating rail installed to be erected between the guide bar and a body pillar; an elevating and dropping part comprising a pair of sprockets and a cramp member; a driving part installed on one side of the body pillar; and a control part installed on one side of the body pillar to control the operation of the driving part. Therefore, the automatic asphalt tramper is capable of providing convenience by automatically counting how many times a tramping hammer hits a sample.
본 발명은 아스팔트 자동다짐기에 관한 것으로, 일정 높이를 갖고 작업면에 대하여 직립되게 설치되는 본체기둥과, 상기 본체기둥의 전방의 일정 높이에 고정되어 시료가 수용되며 상면이 개구 형성된 시료수용함과, 상기 본체기둥에 고정되어 상기 시료수용함의 상부에 일정 길이를 갖고 직립되게 설치되는 가이드바와, 상기 본체기둥에 고정되어 상기 본체기둥과 상기 가이드바 사이에 직립되게 설치되는 승강레일로 구성된 몸체부와; 상기 가이드바의 높이 방향을 따라 상기 가이드바에 승하강 이동 가능하게 설치되어 선택적으로 상기 시료를 타격하는 타격부와; 상기 본체기둥에 회전 가능하며 상호 대향되게 설치되는 한 쌍의 스프라켓과, 한 쌍의 상기 스프라켓의 외면에 체결되며 일측에 고정뭉치가 구비된 체인과, 상기 고정뭉치가 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성되고 상기 타격부를 승하강 이동시킬 수 있도록 상기 타격부의 일측과 선택적으로 접촉되는 걸림플레이트가 구비되어 상기 승강레일에 이동가능하게 설치되는 크램프부재로 구성된 승하강부와; 상기 스프라켓을 회전 구동시킬 수 있도록 상기 본체기둥의 일측에 설치되는 구동부와; 상기 구동부의 동작을 제어할 수 있도록 상기 본체기둥의 일측에 구비되는 제어부를; 포함함으로써, 다짐해머가 시료를 타격시에 다짐해머의 유동을 방지하여 다짐해머에 의하여 유발되는 충격량을 시료 측으로 정확히 전달하여 다짐 효율을 향상시키고, 다짐해머가 낙하하는 높낮이를 조절함으로써 시료의 종류에 따른 충격량의 조절이 가능하도록 하며 다짐해머가 시료를 타격하는 횟수를 자동으로 카운팅할 수 있도록 하여 편리함을 제공할 수 있다.
