The present invention relates to an insulation bracket for a window frame. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent dew condensation by insulation of the blocking heat transferred from a window frame support protrusion by coating a fixing plate and a support plate with a synthetic resin by dipping. The fixing plate is fixed to the window frame support protrusion by an anchor bolt, and the support plate supports a window frame. According to the present invention, the insulation bracket for a window frame comprises: the fixing plate fixed onto the inner vertical surface of the window frame support protrusion by the anchor bolt; a window frame support plate horizontally formed by being bent from an upper end of the fixing plate at a 90 degree angle; a reinforcing plate extended and coupled in a predetermined length to a rear bent end of the window frame support plate; and a synthetic resin coating layer performing insulation by being coated on the whole surface of the reinforcing plate, the window frame support plate, and the fixing plate.
본 발명은 창틀용 단열 브라켓에 관한 것으로, 창틀 지지턱에 앵커볼트를 통해 고정되는 고정 플레이트와 창틀을 지지하는 지지 플레이트 상에 딥핑을 통해 합성수지를 코팅처리함으로써 창틀 지지턱으로부터 전달되는 열을 차단하여 단열을 통한 결로 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 창틀 지지턱의 내측 수직면 상에 앵커볼트를 통해 고정되는 고정 플레이트, 고정 플레이트 상단으로부터 90도 각도로 절곡되어 수평하게 구성되는 창틀 지지 플레이트, 창틀 지지 플레이트의 절곡된 후단에 일정 길이로 연장 체결되는 보강 플레이트 및 고정 플레이트와 창틀 지지 플레이트 및 보강 플레이트 표면 전체에 피막 처리되어 단열이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 합성수지 피막층을 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
