MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR AND CERAMIC MATERIAL POWDER
Provided are a multilayer ceramic capacitor capable of implementing high reliability and ceramic material powder. The multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises a stacked body where a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer are alternately stacked. A main ingredient of the dielectric layer is in a perovskite structure represented by formula: ABO_3. An element functioning as a donor is included in the B site. Ceramic materials including rear earth elements are included in both the A site and the B site. A ratio of high capacitance of rear earth elements used in the A site and high capacitance of rear earth elements used in the B site (A site high capacitance/B site high capacitance) is more than or equal to 0.75 and less than or equal to 1.25.
고신뢰성을 실현할 수 있는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서 및 세라믹 원료 분말을 제공한다. 적층 세라믹 콘덴서는, 유전체층과 내부 전극층이 교대로 적층된 적층체를 구비하고, 상기 유전체층의 주성분은, 일반식 ABO로 표시되는 페로브스카이트 구조를 주상으로 하고, B 사이트에 도너로서 기능하는 원소를 포함하고, A 사이트 및 B 사이트 모두 희토류 원소를 포함하는 세라믹 재료이며, 상기 A 사이트에 고용되는 희토류 원소의 고용량(A 사이트 고용량)과 상기 B 사이트에 고용되는 희토류 원소의 고용량(B 사이트 고용량)의 비는, 0.75≤(A 사이트 고용량/B 사이트 고용량)≤1.25를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
