POST TENSION FLAT SLAB STURCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING RIB TYPE SLAB AND WAFFLE TYPE DROP
A post tension flat slab structure construction method using a rib type slab and a waffle type drop of the present invention installs a pillar with a predetermined interval, installs a drop mold for installing a waffle type drop on an upper portion thereof, connects deck panels connecting drop molds to each other, installs a slab mold in an inner space surrounded by the deck panel, connects a sheath pipe, integrally reinforces a reinforcing bar on an upper portion thereof, places concrete into a space in which the reinforcing bar is reinforced, and cures and post-tensions the same.
본 발명의 리브형 슬래브와 와플형 드랍을 이용한 포스트텐션 플랫 슬래브 구조물 시공방법은 기둥을 일정간격으로 설치하고 그 상단에 와플형 드랍을 설치하기 위한 드랍 거푸집을 설치하고, 드랍 거푸집을 서로 연결하는 데크 패널을 서로 연결하고 데크 패널에 의해 둘러싸인 내측공간에 슬래브 거푸집을 설치하여 쉬스관을 연결한 후 그 상단에 일체로 철근을 배근하고, 철근이 배근된 공간에 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생하고 포스트텐셔닝을 함으로써 구성된다.
