The present invention relates to a technique regarding the construction method of an internal wall member for insulation installed in an internal wall of a cabin of a ship, comprising: a step of connecting a pointed through tip to a stud pin end protruding from the internal wall surface; a step of setting the installation position by facing the rear surface of the internal wall member for insulation to the through tip; a pressure-adhesive step of applying force to the internal wall member for insulation so that the through tip and the stud pin penetrate the internal wall member for insulation, wherein the internal wall member for insulation is in close contact with the internal wall surface; a step of removing the through tip protruding through the internal wall member for insulation; and a fastening step of fixing by filling a fixing body to the stud pin end protruding through the internal wall member for insulation.
본 발명은 선박 등의 격실 내벽에 설치되는 단열용 내벽 부재의 시공방법에 관한 기술로서, 내벽 면에 돌출 형성되는 스터드 핀 단부에 뾰족한 관통팁을 연결하도록 하는 관통팁 연결단계; 상기 관통팁에 단열용 내벽 부재의 후방면을 맞대어 설치 위치를 잡도록 하는 위치잡기단계; 상기 단열용 내벽 부재에 힘을 작용시켜서 상기 관통팁 및 스터드 핀이 상기 단열용 내벽 부재를 관통하도록 하고 상기 단열용 내벽 부재가 상기 내벽 면에 밀착되게 하는 가압밀착단계; 상기 단열용 내벽 부재를 관통하여 돌출된 상기 관통팁을 제거하도록 하는 관통팁제거단계; 상기 단열용 내벽 부재를 관통하여 돌출된 상기 스터드 핀 단부에 고정체를 채워 고정되게 하는 고정체체결단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
