Roof structures of prefabricated buildings
The present invention relates to a roof structure for a prefabricated building. The roof structure includes: an upper connector connecting the upper part of a rafter with a ridge pole; and a lower connector connecting the lower part of the rafter with an upper wall plate. The upper connector comprises: a body including a combination hole to be combined with the ridge pole; and insertion parts formed on both sides of the body to be symmetrical and inclined downwards, and combined with the upper part of the rafter. The lower connector comprises: a body including placement members protruding from both sides of the lower part with an insertion groove into which an upper protrusion of the upper wall plate is inserted; and first and second combination parts protruding from both sides of the body to be inclined, and combined with the lower part of the rafter. Therefore, since the connection of a rafter and a ridge pole and the connection of the rafter and an upper wall plate are easy and substantial, a Korean-style house installation process can become simple.
본 발명은 조립식 건물의 지붕 구조물에 관한 것으로, 서까래의 상부와 마룻대를 연결하는 상부연결구와, 서까래의 하부와 위깔도리를 연결하는 하부연결구를 포함하고, 상부연결구는, 마룻대가 관통 결합되도록 결합공이 형성되는 바디와, 상기 바디의 양측에 하향 경사지게 대칭 형성되며 서까래의 상부가 결합되는 끼움부가 각기 형성되어 이루어진 것이고, 하부연결구는, 위깔도리의 상부 돌출부가 삽입 결합되도록 끼움홈을 갖는 안착부재가 하단 양측에 돌출 형성된 본체와, 상기 본체의 양측면에 돌출되어 경사지게 형성되며 서까래의 하부가 결합되는 제1,2결합부가 각기 형성되어 이루어진다. 이에 따르면, 서까래와 마룻대를 연결하고, 서까래와 위깔도리를 연결하는 작업이 용이하고 견고하게 실시될 수 있어 한옥 건물의 설치 공정이 간결해질 수 있는 효과가 있다.
