The present invention relates to a backflow prevention means for a shower hose. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a backflow prevention unit for a shower hose which has a simplified structure including a valve housing and a backflow control sheet, thereby facilitating manufacture and handling, and prevents damage to or breakage of a backflow prevention means due to direct water transmitted from a water pipeline by a vertical transfer and opening/closing control structure of a direct water induction plate of a hemispherical shape and a backflow control sheet, thereby extremely increasing use efficiency and economic efficiency. Thus, to achieve the purpose, the detailed means of the present invention comprise: a valve housing having an installation space portion, the direct water induction plate, an expansion slope discharge surface, and a fixed flange, integrally formed; the backflow control sheet inserted into the installation space portion of the valve housing, and coupled to an upper surface of the direct water induction plate to be seated thereon; and a watertight member having an auxiliary expansion slope surface and a flange insertion groove, integrally formed, and coupled to the fixed flange of the valve housing.
본 발명은 샤워호스용 역류방지구에 관한 것으로, 그 기술구현의 목적은; 밸브 하우징과 역류제어시트로 이루어진 간소화구성으로, 제조 및 취급관계를 편리화하고, 아울러, 반구 형상을 취하는 직수유도판과, 그에 대응하는 역류제어시트에 의한 상하 이송개폐단속구조에 의해 수도배관라인으로부터 전달되는 직수, 예컨대, 높은 수압작용으로 인한 역류방지구의 손상 내지 파손을 방지되게 함으로써, 생산성과 취급성, 그리고, 사용효율성과 경제성을 극히 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 샤워호스용 역류 방지유닛을 제공함에 있다. 따라서, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적 수단으로는; 설치공간부와, 직수유도판과, 확장경사 배출면과, 고정플랜지를 일체로 형성한 밸브 하우징; 상기 밸브 하우징의 설치공간부로 삽입되며, 직수유도판의 상부면으로 안착 결합하는 역류제어시트; 그리고, 보조확장경사면과, 플랜지 삽입홈을 일체로 형성하며, 상기 밸브 하우징의 고정플랜지로 결합하는 수밀부재를 구비토록 하여 달성한다.
