A device for prevention of drop down slab forms
The present invention relates to a device for preventing dropdown of slab forms, which is provided on an end of slab forms to support the slab forms such that the slab forms do not fall, by being coupled to a link member of a connection bar provided on an upper end of side wall forms during dismantling of the slab forms. The device comprises: a fixing portion (2) fixed to each of the ends of the slab forms, and having an extension portion (5) extending downward from the bottom surface thereof; a receiving portion (3) integrally coupled to a lower end of the extension portion (5), and having a guide hole (13) formed in at least one side thereof; and a coupling member (4) received in the receiving portion (3), and disposed to protrude to an open end of the receiving portion (3) such that a front end thereof is disposed through a long hole formed in the link member of the connection bar to dismantle the slab forms. Thus, an operation of preventing slab forms from falling during removal therefor can be performed very simply and quickly, thereby efficiently performing an operation of dismantling the slab forms, and a simplified structure for allowing the coupling member to be protruded or stopped with an elastic means and a stop means can be made, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and lightening the weight.
본 발명은 슬라브 거푸집의 단부에 제공되어 슬라브 거푸집 해체시에 측벽 거푸집 상단에 제공된 연결바의 링크부재와 결합하여 슬라브 거푸집이 추락하지 않도록 지지하도록 된 슬라브 거푸집 드롭 다운 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 슬라브 거푸집의 단부에 고정되며 저면에서 하방으로 연장된 연장부(5)가 제공된 고정부(2)와, 상기 연장부(5)의 하단에 일체로 결합되며 적어도 일측에 가이드홀(13)이 형성된 관형부재로 형성된 수용부(3), 상기 수용부(3) 속에서 수용되며, 슬라브 거푸집 해체를 위하여 선단부가 상기 연결바의 링크부재에 형성된 장공을 관통하여 배치되도록 상기 수용부(3)의 개방된 단부로 돌출가능하게 배치된 결합부재(4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 슬라브 거푸집의 탈거시 추락방지를 위한 작업을 매우 간편하고 신속히 수행하여 슬라브 거푸집의 해체 작업을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 탄성수단과 정지수단으로 결합부재를 돌출되게 하거나 정지시키도록 단순화된 구조로 이루어져 제조비용을 절감할 수 있고 경량화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
