Method for Non-open Replacement of Underground Pipe without Stopping water Supply
The present invntion relates to a method for non-open replacement of an underground pipe without stopping water supply, wherein watre supply is not stopped during checking an underground pipe line of an embedded pipe by excavating both ends of a worn watr pipe in which pipe elbows of a water pipe small-caliber pipe line in which an excavation environment is not opened are embedded. Moreovre, water is not stopped during underground pipe line exploration, and when a worn underground pipe is not crushed under the ground for a towing unit to perform crush work. When the worn underground pipe is not crushed in a crushing member as the worn underground pipe is a metal member, in the towing unit, a towing wire progress direction is rotated in a horizontal direction to set a working space in a securable direction.
본 발명은 굴착환경이 개착하기에 불가능하거나 곤란한 상수도 소구경관로의 이음관(pipe elbows) 등이 매설된 노후 상수도관의 양단을 굴착하여 매설관의 지중 관로를 조사하는 도중에도 급수가 중단되지 않는 지중매설 상수도관의 부단수 비개착 교체방법에 관한 것으로, 매설된 지중관의 관로탐사 중에도 단수가 되지 않으며, 노후 지중관을 지중에서 파쇄하지 못한 경우에 견인부에서 파쇄작업을 진행할 수 있으며, 노후 지중관이 금속부재여서 파쇄기에서 파쇄되지 않을 경우에는 견인부에서 견인 와이어 진행방향을 수평방향으로 회전시키되 확보가능한 방향으로 작업공간을 설정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
