Steel grating to prevent foreign matter from entering
The present invention relates to a steel grating used in rain gutters of water and sewage delivery pipelines or drains of roads, sidewalks, parks, and playgrounds to block foreign matter. The steel grating comprises: a support frame; a plurality of horizontal bars; a plurality of covering plates; and a pair of masses. The support frame has a quadrangular shape and is seated on a support angle pre-installed in a drain. The plurality of horizontal bars have a cross section having a staple shape and connect vertical wall surfaces of four wall surfaces of the support frame at a predetermined interval. The plurality of covering plates cover a drainage space formed between the plurality of horizontal bars and have both centers respectively and rotationally coupled to the vertical wall surfaces of the support frame by the medium of a hinge shaft. The pair of masses are coupled to be parallel along both sides of the bottom of each of the covering plates such that the masses are positioned at the furthest distance from the hinge shaft. The present invention allows a predetermined rotational inertia to be applied to the covering plate by the pair of masses while applying a horizontal position restoring force as a virtual center of gravity formed by the covering plate and the pair of masses is positioned below the hinge shaft.
본 발명은 도로, 인도, 공원, 운동장 등의 상·하수도 배송관로 또는 배수구의 빗물받이용에 사용되는 이물질 차단이 가능한 스틸 그레이팅으로서, 지지프레임, 다수의 가로바, 다수의 가림판 및 한 쌍의 질량체를 포함한다. 지지프레임은 사각 형상으로, 배수구에 미리 설치된 지지앵글에 안치된다. 다수의 가로바는 'ㄷ'자 형상의 단면을 가지며, 지지프레임의 네 벽면 중 세로 벽면을 일정간격으로 연결한다. 다수의 가림판은 다수의 가로바 사이에 형성된 배수공간을 커버하며, 양단 중심이 힌지축을 매개로 지지프레임의 세로 벽면에 각각 회전가능하게 결합된다. 한 쌍의 질량체는 힌지축에서 가장 먼 거리에 위치되도록, 가림판의 하부 양측을 따라 서로 나란하게 결합된다. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 발명은 가림판 및 한 쌍의 질량체가 이루는 가상의 무게중심이 힌지축보다 아래에 위치되면서 수평자세 복원력이 부여됨과 동시에, 한 쌍의 질량체에 의해 가림판에 소정의 회전관성이 부여되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
