Ease scaffold of mobility and transportability
The present invention relates to a scaffold widely used at a construction site to lift and support workers and materials when performing construction and repair work and cleaning buildings and machines and, more specifically, to a scaffold with easy mobility and transportability which has moving wheels for mobility to facilitate mobility and transportability to be used at various construction sites, and can be folded for transportability. The scaffold with easy mobility and transportability comprises: an upper frame formed in a rectangular shape; a vertical fixed member (20) integrally fixed on a corner portion of the upper frame, and made of an L-beam having a rotating end shaft in an inward direction; a foldable leg having a rotating shaft hole arranged on an upper portion thereof, into which the rotating end shaft is inserted, to be rotated around the rotating end shaft; moving wheels arranged on a lower side of the foldable leg, and provided with a wheel fixing device to fix wheel rotation; a leg fixing member to prevent the foldable leg from rotating around the rotating end shaft to be folded; and a work footplate member arranged on the upper side of the upper frame.
본 발명은 건설 및 보수공사, 건물·기계를 청소할 때 작업인부와 자재를 들어올리고 받쳐주기 위하여 공사현장에서 널리 사용되는 비계에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는 이동성과 운반성이 용이할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 공사현장에서 사용될 수 있도록 이동성을 위한 이동용 바퀴를 구비하고, 운반성을 위한 접이가 가능한 형태로 이루어진 이동성과 운반성이 용이한 비계에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명인 이동성과 운반성이 용이한 비계는, 직사각형태로 이루어진 상부프레임과, 상기 상부프레임의 모서리부분에 일체형태로 고정되며, 내측방향으로 회전단축을 구비하는 'ㄱ'형강으로 이루어진 수직고정부재(20)와, 상측부분에 상기 회전단축이 삽입되는 회전축홀을 구비하여 회전단축을 중심으로 회전이 가능한 접이형 다리와, 상기 접이형 다리의 하측에 구비되며, 바퀴회전을 고정할 수 있는 바퀴고정장치를 가지는 이동용 바퀴와, 상기 접이형 다리가 회전단축을 중심으로 회전하여 접이되는 것을 방지하도록 하는 다리고정부재와, 상기 상부프레임 상측에 구비되는 작업발판부재를 포함하는 것이다.
