One-touch type reinforcing bar coupler and its manufacturing method
According to the present invention, a one-touch reinforcing bar binding coupler is a holder for easily fixing and connecting reinforcing bars used in construction, and comprises: a binding coupler forming a single main body; a holder including a node stopping protrusion on which a node of a reinforcing bar is stopped to prevent the reinforcing bar from being separated if the reinforcing bar is inserted, and a rib insertion groove into which the reinforcing bar can be easily inserted; a support cylinder having a support plate allowing a reinforcing bar spring and a holder spring to be mounted thereon, into which a cylindrical holder is inserted; a holder spring which is mounted on the support plate, and pushes the holder; and a reinforcing bar spring to push the reinforcing bar again after the inserted reinforcing bar attached to the support plate maximally comes in contact with the support plate to tightly fix the node of the reinforcing bar on the node stopping protrusion of the holder. When the reinforcing bar is forcefully inserted into a coupler inlet, the support plate comes in contact with the reinforcing bar, and two holders are meshed and fixed by a pushing force of the holder spring. A reinforcing bar insertion unit is arranged on both sides of the one-touch coupler which pushes the reinforcing bar by a pushing force of the reinforcing bar spring to fix the reinforcing bar to prevent the reinforcing bar from moving.
본 발명은 건축에 사용되는 철근을 손쉽게 고정 연결하는 고정구로서 하나의 본체를 이루는 결속 커플러; 철근이 삽입되면 빠지지 않도록 철근의 마디가 걸림되는 마디걸림턱과 철근을 쉽게 삽입할 수 있는 리브삽입홈을 구비한 고정구; 철근스피링과 고정구스프링이 장착되는 받침판이 중앙부에 위치한 원통형의 고정구가 삽입되는 받침통; 받침판에 거치되고 고정구를 밀어주는 고정구스프링;과 받침판에 부착되어 있고 삽입되는 철근이 받침판에 최대한으로 닿은 후에 다시 철근을 밀어줌으로서 철근마디가 고정구의 마디걸림턱에 밀착 고정되도록 하기 위한 철근스프링;으로 이루어진 커플러 인입구로 철근을 힘껏 삽입하면 받침판에 철근이 닿으면서 밀어주는 고정구스프링의 힘으로 두 쪽의 고정구가 맞물려 고정되고, 밀어주는 철근스프링의 힘으로 철근을 밀어 철근이 꿈쩍 못하게 고정되는 원터치형의 커플러 양쪽으로 철근삽입부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
