The present invention relates to a universal roof monitor for ventilation which can remedy shortcomings of manufactured products. Specifically, the universal roof monitor for ventilation comprises: a plurality of support means including a pair of vertical frames which have a width corresponding to a width of an opening part of a roof, are separated from each other, and are mounted along the opening part, and a roof frame mounted on an upper portion of the pair of vertical frames to have an inclination gradient becoming more downward towards the outside from a center thereof to divide and separate a space of the opening part into a plurality of entry spaces; a lighting plate mounted along the support means on an upper portion of the roof frame; a pair of wing plates coupled to sides of the vertical frames, and provided with an exhaust space formed therein to discharge indoor air guided to the sides of the vertical frames while accommodating one end of the lighting plate; a lower housing mounted along the support means to enclose lower sides of the vertical frames; an upper housing mounted along the support means to enclose outer sides of the wing plates; and a sealing cover to seal one side opening portion and the other side opening portion formed by the plurality of support means.
본 발명은 범용성을 갖는 환기용 지붕 모니터에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 지붕의 개구부 폭과 대응하는 폭을 가지고 상기 개구부를 따라 일정 간격으로 장착되는 한 쌍의 수직골조과 상기 한 쌍의 수직골조 상부에서 중심부로부터 외측으로 갈수록 하향의 경사구배를 갖도록 장착되는 지붕골조를 포함하여 상기 개구부의 공간을 복수의 유입 공간으로 구획 및 분리하는 복수의 지지수단; 상기 지붕골조의 상부에서 상기 지지수단을 따라 장착되는 채광판; 상기 수직골조의 측면에 각각 결합되며 내측에는 상기 채광판의 일단을 수용하면서 수직골조의 측면으로 유도된 실내 공기가 배출될 수 있는 배기 공간이 형성되는 한 쌍의 날개판; 상기 수직골조의 하부 측면을 감싸도록 상기 지지수단을 따라 장착되는 하부 하우징; 상기 날개판의 외측면을 감싸도록 상기 지지수단을 따라 장착되는 상부 하우징; 및 상기 복수의 지지수단에 의해 형성되는 일측 개방 부위와 타측 개방 부위를 각각 밀폐하는 밀폐커버;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
