TILE TILE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF FABRICATING A TILE.
The present invention provides a roof tile, a roof tile unit and a roof tile manufacturing method, which belong to a technical field of a roof tile for construction. The roof tile includes: an arch-shaped laced roof tile main body; and an arch-shaped laced cover, wherein the roof tile main body includes a first end and a second end which are both ends in a longitudinal direction of the roof tile main body. The cover includes a fixing part and a mounting part provided in accordance with an order in a longitudinal direction. A convex side surface of the fixing part is fixed by being attached to a concave side surface of the first end of the roof tile main body. The mounting part protrudes from an end surface of the first end of the roof tile main body. A convex side surface of the mounting part is attached to a concave side surface of the second end of the roof tile main body of the other roof tile. The cover is installed with a drainage groove extended in a width direction of the cover positioned between the fixing part and the mounting part at the convex side surface.
본 발명은 기와, 기와 유닛 및 기와 제조방법을 제공하고, 건축용 기와 기술분야에 속한다. 당해 기와는 아크형 편상 기와본체와 아크형 편상의 커버를 포함하고, 상기 기와본체는 상기 기와본체의 길이방향의 양 끝단인 제1 말단과 제2 말단을 포함하고, 상기 커버는 길이방향에서 순서에 따라 마련된 고정부와 안착부를 포함하고, 상기 고정부의 볼록측 표면은 상기 기와본체의 제1 말단의 오목측 표면에 접착하여 고정되고, 상기 안착부는 상기 기와본체의 제1 말단의 끝단면보다 돌출되고, 상기 안착부의 볼록측 표면은 다른 상기 기와의 기와본체의 제2 말단의 오목측 표면에 접착되며, 상기 커버는 볼록측 표면에 상기 고정부와 상기 안착부 사이에 위치하는 상기 커버의 폭방향으로 연장된 배수홈이 설치된다.
