The present invention relates to a flow rate control apparatus for a sewage pipe and a sewage pipe control system having the same. The flow rate control apparatus includes a frame, an opening and closing board, an opening and closing board guide and a driving unit. The frame has side walls on both sides and is formed with an opening and closing opening on a lower portion while being provided to be parallel with the ground. The opening and closing board opens and clos the opening and closing opening in accordance with operation of moving from an upper side of the opening and closing opening into front and back directions. The opening and closing board guide guides opening and closing operation of the opening and closing board so that a front end of the opening and closing board is lifted above a back end of the opening and closing board when the opening and closing board moves to the back to open in a state of closing the opening and closing opening. The driving unit opens and closes the opening and closing board.
본 발명은 하수관거용 유량조절장치 및 이를 포함하는 하수관거 제어시스템에 관한 것이다. 유량조절장치는 프레임과, 개폐판과, 개폐판 가이드, 및 구동 유닛을 포함한다. 프레임은 지면에 나란하게 배치된 기준으로, 양쪽 옆에 측벽들을 갖고 하부에 개폐용 개구가 형성된다. 개폐판은 개폐용 개구의 상측에서 전후 방향으로 이동하는 동작에 따라 개폐용 개구를 개폐한다. 개폐판 가이드는 개폐판이 개폐용 개구를 폐쇄한 상태에서 후방으로 이동하여 개방시키는 과정에서 개폐판의 앞단이 개폐판의 뒷단보다 높게 들어올려지도록 개폐판의 개폐 동작을 안내한다. 구동 유닛은 개폐판을 개폐 동작시킨다.
