DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION AND MULTILAYERED CAPACITOR COMPRISING THE SAME
Provided are a dielectric composition comprising a multilayered capacitor including the same. The dielectric composition includes: base metal powder containing barium titanate (BaTiO3); and 0.5 to 1.5 moles of zirconium (Zr) based on 100 moles (mol) of the base metal powder. It is possible to reduce the deterioration of DC-bias characteristic even though a dielectric layer is thin.
티탄산바륨(BaTiO)을 포함하는 모재 분말; 및 상기 모재 분말 100몰(mol)에 대하여, 0.5 내지 1.5몰의 지르코늄(Zr); 을 포함하는 유전체 조성물 및 이 유전체 조성물을 포함하는 적층형 커패시터를 제공한다.
