METHOD OF MANUFACTURING RECYCLED AGGREGATE AND NORMAL TEMPERATURE ASCON MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a recycled aggregate for room temperature ascon, which comprises the steps of: preparing a product to be crushed for the recycled aggregate by crushing concrete waste and performing size selection; washing the product to be crushed; and sequentially stacking in the product to be crushed of a washed wet state on a conveyor belt equipped with a plurality of far-infrared heaters, and drying and conveying the same. Because the moisture content of the recycled aggregate dried by the method can be adjusted, physical properties compared to ascon using new aggregates are further improved, while lowering the unit cost of the ascon manufactured using the same.
본 발명은 콘크리트 폐기물을 파쇄하고 크기를 선별하여 재생골재용 파쇄물을 준비하는 단계; 상기 파쇄물을 세척하는 단계; 및 세척된 젖은 상태의 파쇄물을 복수의 원적외선 히터가 구비된 컨베이어 벨트에 순차적으로 적재하여 이송하면서 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는, 상온 아스콘용 재생골재의 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기 방법에 의하면 건조된 재생골재의 수분량을 조절할 수 있어, 이를 이용하여 제조된 아스콘의 단가를 낮출 수 있으면서도 신규골재를 이용한 아스콘 대비 물성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
