STEEL REINFORCEMENT COUPLER OF ONE-TOUCH TYPE ENABLE TO PREVENT STEEL REINFORCEMENT FROM BEING SLIPPED
According to the present invention, a one-touch reinforcing bar coupler with a reinforcing bar slip prevention function comprises: a base including a hollow base body having an accommodation space, and a partition positioned in the accommodation space to divide the accommodation space into a first coupling part to which a first reinforcing bar is inserted and coupled and a second coupling part to which a second reinforcing bar is inserted and coupled; and a one-touch coupling unit one-touch coupled to the first or the second reinforcing bar inserted into the first or the second coupling part. The one-touch coupling unit includes: a housing including a hollow housing body coupled to the base body, and a first wedge surface formed on an inner circumferential surface of the housing body and formed in a form of widening a cross sectional area of the accommodation space towards the partition; a plurality of coupling pieces arranged in the accommodation space and arranged to directly bring sides thereof into contact with each other to maintain an insertion space into which the first or the second reinforcing bar is inserted; and an elastic member to elastically support the plurality of coupling pieces with respect to the partition to compress the second wedge surface on the first wedge surface.
본 발명은, 수용 공간을 구비하는 중공형 베이스 몸체와, 상기 수용 공간을 제1 철근이 삽입 결합되는 제1 결합부와 제2 철근이 삽입 결합되는 제2 결합부로 구분하도록 상기 수용 공간 내에 위치하는 격벽을 구비하는 베이스; 및 상기 제1 결합부 또는 상기 제2 결합부에 삽입된 상기 제1 철근 또는 상기 제2 철근과 원터치 결합되는 원터치 결합 유닛을 포함하고, 상기 원터치 결합 유닛은, 상기 베이스 몸체에 결합되는 중공형 하우징 몸체와, 상기 하우징 몸체의 내주면에 형성되고 상기 격벽에 가까울수록 상기 수용 공간의 단면적을 넓히는 형태로 형성되는 제1 쐐기면을 구비하는 하우징; 상기 수용 공간에 배치되고, 서로의 측면들이 직접 접촉되게 배치되어 상기 제1 철근 또는 상기 제2 철근이 삽입되는 삽입 공간을 유지하는 복수의 결합편; 및 상기 격벽에 대하여 상기 복수의 결합편을 탄성적으로 지지하여, 상기 제2 쐐기면을 상기 제1 쐐기면에 대해 압착하는 탄성 부재를 포함하는, 철근 슬립 방지 기능을 갖는 원터치형 철근 커플러를 제공한다.
