The present invention relates to a safety inspection apparatus of an anchor assembly and a safety inspection method of an anchor assembly. More specifically, an anchor assembly to fix a gang form or a climbing system on an outer wall includes: a burying cone including a body unit having a conic shape, a first hole extended from a center of one end of the body unit towards the other end, a second hole which is extended from a center of the other end of the body unit towards the one end, has screw threads formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof, and has a larger inner diameter than the first hole, and a partition unit dividing the first hole and the second hole and having a communication hole on a center thereof to connect the first and the second hole; and an anchoring bar wherein a portion thereof is inserted into the first hole of the burying cone to be screwed to the first hole, and the remaining portion thereof can be coupled to a fixing plate buried in the outer wall. The safety inspection apparatus comprises the anchor assembly and an inspection means which is inserted through the second hole of the burying cone and passes through the communication hole to come in contact with the anchoring bar to measure an insertion depth at which the anchoring bar is inserted into the second hole.
본 발명은 앵커조립체의 안전성 검침장치 및 안전성 검침방법에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 갱폼 또는 크라이밍시스템을 외벽에 고정시키기 위한 앵커조립체에 있어서, 콘형상을 가지는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 일단 중심에서 타단을 향하여 연장되는 제1구멍과, 상기 몸체부의 타단 중심에서 일단을 향하여 연장되며 내주면에 나사산이 형성되고 상기 제1구멍보다 큰 내경을 가지는 제2구멍과, 상기 제1구멍과 제2구멍 사이를 구분지으면서 중앙에 상기 제1구멍과 제2구멍을 연결시키는 연통홀이 마련된 격벽부를 포함하는 매립콘; 및 일부는 상기 매립콘의 제1구멍 내에 삽입되어 상기 제1구멍과 나사결합되고 나머지 부분은 외벽 내에 매립된 고정판에 결합될 수 있는 앵커링바;를 포함하는 앵커조립체와, 상기 매립콘의 제2구멍을 통하여 삽입되고 상기 연통홀을 통과하여 앵커링바에 접촉함으로서 상기 앵커링바가 상기 제2구멍 내부에 삽입되어 있는 삽입깊이를 측정할 수 있게 하는 검침수단을 포함하는 앵커조립체의 안전성 검침장치 및 그 안전성 검침방법에 대한 것이다.
