The present invention relates to a lower foundation structure having a bypass connection space part for a streetlight, which includes: a concrete foundation main body in which a lower portion of an anchor bolt is embedded, in which a part of the anchor bolt protrudes to an upper portion, in which a conduit is formed, in which a bypass connection space part is formed on an upper portion of the conduit, and in which a cable grasping fixing part is formed on an upper portion of the bypass connection space part; a cable and a ground wire installed in the conduit and a ground pipe of the concrete foundation main body; an automatic switch part installed in the bypass connection space part; and a plurality of dividing grasping pieces which are capable of adjusting a separated distance installed on the cable grasping fixing part and into which the cable is inserted and fixed.
본 발명의 목적은, 내부에 앵커볼트의 하부가 매립되고 상부로 앵커볼트의 일부가 돌출되고 전선관이 형성되고 상기 전선관관의 상부에 바이패스 연결공간부가 형성되고 상기 바이패스 연결공간부의 상부에 전선파지고정부가 형성된 콘크리트 기초본체와, 상기 콘크리트 기초본체의 전선관과 접지관내에 설치된 전선과 접지선과, 상기 바이패스 연결공간부내에 설치된 자동스위치부와, 상기 전선파지고정부상에 설치된 이격거리조절이 가능하고 전선이 삽입고정되는 복수의 분할파지편을 포함하는 본 발명에 따른 가로등용 바이패스 연결공간부가 형성된 하부 기초구조체에 의하여 달성된다.
