The present invention relates to a cotton cloth ocher pillow. The outer surface of the pillow is composed of cotton cloth. A ball composed of ocher and mixture is disposed inside the pillow. A cover is formed for storing a plurality of ocher balls so as not to scatter out or come out. The inside of the cover is filled with the plurality of ocher balls composed of the ocher and mixture. The outer surface of the cover is covered with the cotton cloth. The cotton cloth pillow of the present invention has cotton cloth on the outer surface thereof and the cotton cloth is fluorescence free, bleaching free, and non-chemical, thereby not causing atopy, skin disease, and skin irritation. Therefore, the present invention is useful for baby and maternity products, feels cool in summer and warm in winter, and is excellent in ventilation and sweat absorption to maintain a comfortable bed.
