According to the present invention, a fixing unit for an earth anchor includes: an upper load-carrying body with a strand inserted into the upper part; a wedge installed to be able to be rotated and moved up and down in the upper load-carrying body to compressively combine or release the strand in a rotating direction of the strand inserted in the upper load-carrying body; a wedge bolt combined with the lower part of the wedge to be rotated together with the wedge; a lower load-carrying body removably combined with the lower part of the upper load-carrying body; a nut spring installed in the lower load-carrying body; a moving nut installed in the upper part of the nut spring to be able to be moved up and down in the lower load-carrying body by the elastic restoration force of the nut spring, and including an external diameter protruding part formed in the lower part to expand the external diameter; a middle load-carrying body removably combined between the upper load-carrying body and the lower load-carrying body, and including a stop partition formed in the lower part to reduce the internal diameter; and a wedge spring installed in the middle load-carrying body to support the wedge with elastic restoration force. Therefore, a strand can be more easily removed and tensed, manufacture can be facilitated, defective component assembly can be prevented, and errors in operation can be prevented to avoid defective products.
본 발명에 따른 어스 앵커용 정착구는: 강연선이 상부로 삽입되는 상부 내하체; 상기 상부 내하체로 삽입된 강연선의 회전방향에 따라 강연선을 압착 체결하거나 압착 해제하도록 상기 상부 내하체의 내부에서 회전 가능하게 구비되고 상하로 이동 가능하게 구비된 웨지; 상기 웨지의 하부에 결합되어 상기 웨지와 함께 회전되는 웨지 볼트; 상기 상부 내하체의 하부에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 하부 내하체; 상기 하부 내하체의 내부에 구비된 너트 스프링; 상기 너트 스프링의 상부에 구비되어 상기 너트 스프링의 탄성 복원력에 의해 상기 하부 내하체의 내부에서 상하로 이동가능하게 구비되며, 하부에는 외경이 확장되게 외경 돌출부가 형성된 이동 너트; 상기 상부 내하체와 상기 하부 내하체의 사이에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 하단부에는 내경이 축소되게 멈춤 칸막이가 형성된 중간 내하체; 및, 상기 중간 내하체의 내부에 구비되어 상기 웨지를 탄성 복원력에 의해 지지하는 웨지 스프링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 강연선의 제거 및 인장을 더욱 용이하게 하며, 제작이 용이 해지고, 부품 조립의 불량을 방지하며, 작동시 오류를 방지하여 제품의 하자 발생을 방지하도록 할 수 있는 어스 앵커용 정착구를 제공할 수 있다.
According to the present invention, a fixing unit for an earth anchor includes: an upper load-carrying body with a strand inserted into the upper part; a wedge installed to be able to be rotated and moved up and down in the upper load-carrying body to compressively combine or release the strand in a rotating direction of the strand inserted in the upper load-carrying body; a wedge bolt combined with the lower part of the wedge to be rotated together with the wedge; a lower load-carrying body removably combined with the lower part of the upper load-carrying body; a nut spring installed in the lower load-carrying body; a moving nut installed in the upper part of the nut spring to be able to be moved up and down in the lower load-carrying body by the elastic restoration force of the nut spring, and including an external diameter protruding part formed in the lower part to expand the external diameter; a middle load-carrying body removably combined between the upper load-carrying body and the lower load-carrying body, and including a stop partition formed in the lower part to reduce the internal diameter; and a wedge spring installed in the middle load-carrying body to support the wedge with elastic restoration force. 본 발명에 따른 어스 앵커용 정착구는: 강연선이 상부로 삽입되는 상부 내하체; 상기 상부 내하체로 삽입된 강연선의 회전방향에 따라 강연선을 압착 체결하거나 압착 해제하도록 상기 상부 내하체의 내부에서 회전 가능하게 구비되고 상하로 이동 가능하게 구비된 웨지; 상기 웨지의 하부에 결합되어 상기 웨지와 함께 회전되는 웨지 볼트; 상기 상부 내하체의 하부에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 하부 내하체; 상기 하부 내하체의 내부에 구비된 너트 스프링; 상기 너트 스프링의 상부에 구비되어 상기 너트 스프링의 탄성 복원력에 의해 상기 하부 내하체의 내부에서 상하로 이동가능하게 구비되며, 하부에는 외경이 확장되게 외경 돌출부가 형성된 이동 너트; 상기 상부 내하체와 상기 하부 내하체의 사이에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 하단부에는 내경이 축소되게 멈춤 칸막이가 형성된 중간 내하체; 및, 상기 중간 내하체의 내부에 구비되어 상기 웨지를 탄성 복원력에 의해 지지하는 웨지 스프링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 강연선의 제거 및 인장을 더욱 용이하게 하며, 제작이 용이 해지고, 부품 조립의 불량을 방지하며, 작동시 오류를 방지하여 제품의 하자 발생을 방지하도록 할 수 있는 어스 앵커용 정착구를 제공할 수 있다.
