Additive for recycled cold asphalt concrete mixture
The present invention relates to an additive for a room temperature recycling asphalt concrete mixture which maximizes the durability by improving the adhesion, crack resistance of asphalt concrete and suppressing drying/shrinkage phenomena through developing an additive which solves problems of the conventional room temperature recycling asphalt additive and, more specifically, to an additive for recycling asphalt which develops a highly functional water-based polymer based on an acrylic monomer, which is environmentally friendly and cheap compared to oil-based adhesives, and is easy to deform and improve, and has improved physical properties by additionally utilizing a multidimensional cross-linking agent.
본 발명은 종래 상온 재생 아스팔트 첨가제의 문제점을 해결한 첨가제를 개발함으로써 아스팔트 콘크리트의 접착성, 균열저항성을 향상시키고 건조/수축 현상을 억제하여 내구성을 극대화하려는 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 유성(油性) 접착제보다 친환경적이고 가격이 저렴하며 변형 및 개선이 용이한 아크릴계 단량체를 기반으로 한 고기능성의 수성(水性) 고분자를 개발하고, 추가로 다차원 가교제 등을 활용하여 개선된 물성을 지닌 재생아스팔트용 첨가제를 제공하는 것이다.
