According to the present invention, a dust separator for treating inert matter includes: a frame installed in the upper part of an installed structure of a screen; a rotary frame installed in the frame to be able to be rotated by a hinge shaft; a guide frame installed in the rotary frame in a vertical direction at a predetermined angle; a rake bar lifted along the guide frame and including a rake installed in the lower part to remove inert matter stuck in the screen; a lifting part installed in the rotary frame to lift the rake bar along the guide frame; a rotating part installed in the rotary frame and the frame to lift the rotary frame to the frame to rotate the rake to a position for removing foreign matter from the screen and a position for discharging the inert matter stored in the rake; and an inert matter discharge part installed in the rotary frame to discharge the inert matter stored in the rack when the rake is rotated. Therefore, the dust separator is capable of fundamentally preventing a deterioration in efficiency.
본 발명에 따른 협잡물 처리용 제진기는 스크린의 설치된 구조물의 상부에 설치되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임에 힌지축에 의해 회전가능하게 설치되는 회전프레임과, 상기 회전프레임에 상하 방향으로 소정의 각도로 설치되는 가이드 프레임과, 상기 가이드프레임을 따라 승강되며 상기 스크린에 걸린 협잡물을 제거하기 위한 레이크가 하단부에 설치되는 레이크바와, 상기 회전프레임에 설치되어 가이드프레임을 따라 상기 레이크바를 승강시키기 위한 승강구동부와, 상기 프레임과 상기 회전프레임에 설치되어 프레임에 대해 회전프레임을 승강시킴으로써 레이크를 스크린으로부터 이물을 제거하기 위한 위치와 레이크에 저장된 협잡물을 배출하기 위한 위치로 회동시키기 위한 회전구동부와, 상기 회전프레임에 설치되어 레이크의 회전 시 레이크에 담긴 협잡물을 배출하기 위한 협잡물배출부를 구비한다.
