The present invention relates to a smart window for blocking fine dust and rainwater which is attached to the inside of a window frame to block indoor entry of fine dust and rainwater and is connected to a weather center server by using the internet to unroll or roll a screen member in real time depending on weather information provided from the weather center. The smart window for blocking fine dust and rainwater comprises: a frame unit including an upper frame whose upper surface is inserted into an outdoor side rail provided on an upper portion in a window frame, a lower frame whose lower surface is inserted into an outdoor side rail provided on a lower portion in the window frame, and a pair of vertical frames connecting both ends of the upper and the lower frame; a screen member unrolled to an internal space formed by the frame unit to close the internal space when blocking fine dust or rainwater, and rolled into the frame unit when ventilation is needed; and a control unit including a deceleration motor to unroll and roll the screen member, and a smart control means which is connected to a weather center server by using the internet and operates the deceleration motor in accordance with weather information transmitted by the weather center server to automatically unroll and roll the screen member.
본 발명은 창틀프레임의 내측으로 부착되어 미세먼지 및 빗물의 실내 유입을 차단함과 동시에 인터넷 망을 이용하여 기상청 서버와 연결되어 기상청으로부터 제공되는 기상정보에 따라 실시간으로 스크린부재를 전개 및 권취시킬 수 있게 하는 미세먼지 및 빗물 차단용 스마트 창호에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 상부면이 창틀프레임의 내측 상부에 제공되는 실외측 레일에 끼워지는 상부프레임과, 하부면이 창틀프레임의 내측 하부에 제공되는 실외측 레일에 끼워지는 하부프레임, 및 한 쌍으로 제공되며, 상부프레임 및 하부프레임의 양단부를 연결시키는 수직프레임을 가지는 프레임부; 미세먼지 또는 빗물 차단 시 프레임부가 형성하는 내부공간부에 전개되어 내부공간부를 차폐시키고, 환기 필요 시 프레임부의 내부로 권취되는 스크린부재; 및 스크린부재를 전개 및 권취시키는 감속모터와, 인터넷 망을 이용해 기상청 서버와 연결되고 기상청 서버에서 전송되는 기상정보에 따라 감속모터를 작동시켜 스크린부재를 자동으로 전개 및 권취시킬 수 있게 하는 스마트 제어수단을 가지는 제어부;를 포함한다. .
