Automatically grease supplying fluid pressing breaker
The present invention relates to a technique related to a hydraulic breaker which works by crushing (breaking, demolition=crushing device) stones (stony mountain=quarry), cement, buildings, etc., by an attachable functional component (excavator attachment) of construction machinery. The present invention provides an automatic grease hydraulic breaker (100) including a power pack unit (110), a lubricating oil injection unit (120), an upper bushing unit (130), and a lower bushing unit (140). In addition, the present invention provides the automatic grease hydraulic breaker (100) which has a structure for enabling the upper bushing unit (130) to receive a lubricating oil such as grease from the lubricating oil injection unit (120), and which has a function for evenly spreading the lubricating oil, injected into a lubricating oil inlet (132), in the inside the upper bushing unit by forming a lubrication groove (133) in the inside (131) of the upper bushing unit (130). Furthermore, the present invention provides the automatic grease hydraulic breaker (100), having a structure in which the lower bushing unit (140) receives the lubricating oil such as grease from the lubricating oil injection unit (120).
본 발명은 건설기계 중 부착기능품(excavator attachment)으로서 돌(석산= 돌산), 시멘트, 건축물 등을 파쇄 (깨뜨림, demolition =파쇄장치 )하여 작업하는 유압 브레이커에 관한 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 파워팩부(110), 윤활유주입부(120), 상부부시부(130), 하부부시부(140)를 포함하는 오토 그리스 유압 브레이커(100)를 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기한 상부부시부(130)는 윤활유주입부(120)로부터 그리스(grease) 등의 윤활유를 주입받는 구조로 되고, 상부부시부(130)의 내부(131)에 윤활 홈(133)이 형성되어 있어 윤활유 주입구(132)로 주입된 윤활유가 상부부시부 내부에 골고루 잘 퍼질 수 있는 기능을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오토 그리스 유압 브레이커(100)를 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기한 하부부시부(140)는 윤활유주입부(120)로부터 그리스(grease) 등의 윤활유를 주입받는 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 오토 그리스 유압 브레이커(100)를 제공한다.
