The present invention relates to a lightweight insulation panel with improved insulation performance, which can be embedded in a fireproof door to have improved incombustibility and thermal barriers during fire incidence and to prevent poisonous gas. The panel is embedded in the fireproof door to be bonded by using a mineral adhesive, wherein seracle boards are bonded to both sides of melanin foam by using the adhesive. Moreover, the seracle board at one side protrudes to a side surface, and the melanin foam is exposed to the same extension of the protruding seracle board on the opposite side surface.
본 발명은 방화문에 내장되어 화재시 불연성과 차열이 우수하면서도 유독가스가 발생되지 않음은 물론 단열 성능이 우수하고 경량인 단열패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 방화문에 내장되어 무기질 접착제로 접착되는 패널에 관한 것으로, 멜라닌 폼의 양쪽으로 세라클 보드를 무기질 접착제로 접착시키되 한 쪽의 세라클 보드가 측면으로 돌출되는 한편 대향 측면에는 멜라닌 폼이 돌출된 세라클 보드와 같은 넓이만큼 노출되게 함으로써 이루어진다.
