The present invention relates to an automatic expansion type oil fence device capable of easy replacement and storage of a buoyant material, and more specifically, an oil fence device, which uses a buoyant material automatically expanded by using elasticity of the buoyant material and is capable of easy replacement in a manner of inserting the buoyant material into a buoyant material pocket and extracting the same therefrom. According to the present invention, provided is an automatic expansion type oil fence device, which is possible to easily replace a buoyant material, which is bent in a semi-circle or a circle and is a thin plate-shaped composite material, in a manner of inserting the buoyant material into a buoyant material pocket and extracting the same therefrom, is possible to easily store the buoyant material without occupying a lot of volume since the buoyant material is stored by being individually stacked during storage, and is capable of quick responses through helicopter transport in case of an emergency.
본 발명은 부력재의 교체와 수납이 용이한 자동팽창식 오일펜스 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 부력재의 탄성을 이용하여 자동으로 팽창되는 부유체를 사용하며, 또한 부력재를 부력재 주머니에 삽입하고 빼는 방식으로 용이하게 교체가 가능한 오일펜스 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 본 발명에 의하면, 반원형 또는 원형으로 휘어진 얇은 판형의 복합소재의 부력재를 부력재 주머니에 삽입하고 빼는 방식으로 용이하게 부력재의 교체가 가능하고, 또한 보관시 각각 포개어 보관하므로 큰 부피를 차지하지 않고 용이하게 보관할 수 있으며, 긴급상황시, 헬기 운송을 통한 신속한 대처가 가능한 자동팽창식 오일펜스 장치를 제공한다.
