The present invention relates to an embedded type bidirectional hinge structure of a hinged door, where a hinge is installed in a form of being embedded in a door frame, a door is coupled to the hinge to be able to rotate such that the door can be automatically closed, and the door can be maintained in an open state when opened by a set angle. The present invention provides the hinge structure that an upper pivot of the door is inserted into the hinge installed in an upper door frame to be rotated, wherein the hinge includes: a case; a rotating member installed within the case to be able to rotate, and forming a pivot recess at a lower end portion to enable the upper pivot to be inserted therein and integrally forming a cam operation unit at an upper part; a central shaft horizontally fixated and installed within the case; a head unit coupled to one side of the central shaft whereas being horizontally installed to be able to move by a set section of the central shaft; a roller installed in the head part to be able to rotate and making the head unit move when coming in close contact with the outer circumferential surface according to the rotation of the cam operation unit; a compression spring installed in the longitudinal direction of the central shaft to enable the head unit to apply pressure toward the cam operation unit; and a hydraulic damper coupled to the head unit to realize speed control only when the compression spring is tensioned.
본 발명은 여닫이 도어의 내장형 양방향 힌지구조에 관한 것으로서, 문틀에 힌지가 내장되는 형태로 설치되고 도어가 힌지에 회전 가능하게 결합되어 자동으로 도어가 닫힐 수 있도록 하고, 일정각도 개방시 도어의 개방상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한 기술이다. 즉, 본 발명은 상부문틀에 설치된 힌지에 도어의 상부피봇이 끼워져 회전하는 힌지구조에 있어서, 상기 힌지는; 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 내측에 회전가능하게 설치되되 하단부에는 상부피봇이 끼워질 수 있도록 한 피봇홈이 형성되고 상부로는 캠작동부가 일체로 형성된 회전부재와, 상기 케이스 내측에 수평으로 고정설치되는 중심축과, 상기 중심축의 일측에 결합되되 중심축의 일정구간만큼 수평으로 이동가능하게 설치되는 헤드부와, 상기 헤드부에 회전가능하게 설치되어 캠작동부의 회전에 따라 외주면에 밀착된 상태로 헤드부를 이동시키는 롤러와, 상기 헤드부가 캠작동부 방향으로 압력을 줄 수 있도록 중심축의 길이방향으로 설치되는 압축스프링과, 상기 헤드부에 결합되어 압축스프링의 인장시에만 속도제어가 이루어지는 유압댐퍼;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
