The present invention relates to an active smart streetlight (1) informing a driver of roadside situation information in real time. According to the present invention, the active smart streetlight comprises: a post unit (10) spaced apart from a road by a predetermined distance; a concrete collar unit (20); a guardrail mounting unit (30); an LED emission unit (40) disposed at one or more positions in the upper end unit of the post unit (10) and emitting light on a road surface or transmitting a light signal informing a driver of a road or weather situation; a neck mount unit (50) to adjust the horizontal and vertical emission angles of the LED emission unit (40); a control unit controlling the amount or emission angle of light emitted from the LED emission unit (40) and the type of the light signal transmitted to the driver and including the serial number and GPS location information for discriminating each streetlight; a communication unit (70); and a central server (80).
본 발명은 실시간으로 도로주변 상황정보를 운전자에게 알려주는 스마트 가로등(1)에 있어서, 차도로부터 소정의 이격된 거리에 일정 간격을 두고 구비되는 지주부(10); 지면에 구비되고, 상기 지주부(10)와 결합하고, 상기 지주부(10)를 지면에 고정시키는 콘크리트 칼라부(20); 상기 지주부(10)에는 상기 콘크리트 칼라부(20)로부터 소정의 높이로 이격된 지점에 가드레일(31)과 결합하는 가드레일 취부(30); 상기 지주부(10)의 상측 단부에 1개소 이상의 위치에 구비되고, 노면으로 빛을 조사하거나 운전자에게 도로상황 또는 기상상황을 알리는 빛신호를 전송하는 엘이디 조사부(40); 상기 지주부(10)의 상측 단부와 상기 엘이디 조사부(40)사이에 개재되어 구비되고, 상기 엘이디 조사부(40)의 좌우 및 상하방향의 조사각을 조정가능한 넥 마운트부(50)와; 상기 엘이디 조사부(40)에서 조사되는 빛의 광량 및 조사각 또는 운전자에게 전송하는 빛신호의 종류를 제어하고, 각 가로등의 구분을 위한 일련정보와 GPS 위치정보를 포함하는 제어부와; 상기 지주부(10) 일측에 구비되고, 상기 제어부와 중앙서버(80)간의 통신을 송수신하는 통신부(70)와; 상기 각 지주부(10)에 구비된 제어부를 동시에 또는 개별적으로 제어하는 중앙서버(80);를 포함하여 구비되고, 상기 엘이디 조사부(40)는 상하좌우 방향으로 조사각의 조절이 가능하고, 기상상황 또는 도로상황에 관한 정보를 운전자에게 도시할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 스마트 가로등의 구성을 제공한다. 상기와 같은 구성을 가지는 능동형 스마트 가로등(1)의 구성에 의할 때, 상기 스마트 가로등(1)이 설치된 도로를 주행하는 운전자의 주행시야거리를 확보를 용이하게 하고, 해당 도로주변지역의 사고상황, 도로의 형상 그리고 기상특보 등에 대해서 실시간으로 대응이 가능하게 함으로써 운전자의 안전을 확보하고, 설치 및 유지보수의 측면에서도 이점이 있다.
