EXPANSION JOINT WITH MULTI SEALING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a finger-type and rail-type complex waterproofing expansion joint device which has a more secure waterproofing effect by using a coating waterproofing material together with a block waterproofing material used for the expansion joint, and a construction method therefor. The complex waterproofing expansion joint device is fixedly installed in a cut space of an end portion of a slab. The device comprises: both ″L″-shaped angle members arranged to face each other in a state of being spaced from each other bilateral symmetrically; a block waterproofing material inserted between both ″L″-shaped angle members to extend in a horizontal direction; a polyurea coating waterproofing material applied to an upper surface of the block waterproofing material to upper surfaces of both ″L″-shaped angle members and an upper surface of the block waterproofing material between both ″L″-shaped angle members; and a finger plate fixedly installed on the upper surfaces of both ″L″-shaped angle members such that adjacent finger portions absorb the expansion and contraction of a slab while being overlapped with each other when the slab is expanded and contracted, and installed on an upper portion of the block waterproofing material.
신축이음장치에 사용되는 블록방수재와 더불어 도포방수재가 함께 사용되어 보다 확실한 방수효과를 구비하는 핑거형, 레일형 복합방수 신축이음장치 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 복합방수 신축이음장치는 슬래브 단부의 절취된 공간에 고정 설치되는 복합방수 신축이음장치에 있어서, 서로 좌,우 대칭으로 이격되어 마주보도록 배치된 양 ㄱ자형 앵글부재; 상기 양 ㄱ자형 앵글부재 사이에 삽입 설치되어 횡방향으로 연장되는 사각블록 형태의 블록방수재; 및 상기 양 ㄱ자형 앵글부재 상면과 양 ㄱ자형 앵글부재 사이의 블록방수재 상면에 도포된 폴리우레아 도포방수재; 상기 양 ㄱ자형 앵글부재의 상면에 고정 설치되어 슬래브가 신축되면 서로 인접한 핑거부가 서로 겹쳐지면서 슬래브의 신축을 흡수하도록 블록방수재 상부에 설치되는 핑거플레이트를 포함한다.
