The present invention relates to a design drawing image converting method for converting a pre-design drawing image used for existing housing construction into a modular design drawing used in a modular housing, which reduces the overall manufacturing costs of a modular housing. The design drawing image converting method of the present invention comprises the steps of: mapping a pre-design drawing image to one or more colors; allowing the mapped pre-design drawing image to be in a lattice shape as cell; generating a plurality of basic unit modules; dividing the basic unit module into at least one of a main unit module and a half unit module; and generating a plurality of modular design drawings.
본 발명은 기존 주택설계도면 이미지를 모듈러 주택설계도면으로 전환하는 설계도면 이미지 전환방법으로서, 컴퓨터를 이용하여 기설계도면 이미지를 모듈러 설계도면으로 전환하는 설계도면 이미지 전환방법에 있어서, (a) 소정의 알고리즘으로 기설계도면 이미지가 하나 이상의 색상으로 매핑되는 단계; (b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 하나 이상의 색상으로 매핑된 기설계도면 이미지가 일정한 가로 및 세로 길이의 셀로 격자화되고, 각각의 상기 셀이 각각 하나의 색상으로 매핑되는 단계; (c) 상기 (b) 단계 이후, 상기 기설계도면 이미지에서 매핑된 색상별로 구분되어 생성되되, 다수의 상기 셀로 구성된 다수의 기초유닛모듈이 생성되는 단계; (d) 상기 (c) 단계에서의 각각의 상기 기초유닛모듈이 메인유닛모듈 및 하프유닛모듈 중 어느 하나 이상으로 분할되되, 상기 메인유닛모듈은 가로 방향으로 소정의 개수의 상기 셀과 세로 방향으로 소정의 범위의 개수의 상기 셀로 격자화되고, 상기 하프유닛모듈은 가로 방향으로 상기 메인유닛모듈과 다른 소정의 개수의 상기 셀과 세로 방향으로 소정의 범위의 개수의 상기 셀로 격자화된 상태로 분할되는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 (d) 단계에서의 상기 메인유닛모듈로의 분할 또는 상기 하프유닛모듈로의 분할이 다수의 경우로 생성됨에 따라, 상기 메인유닛모듈 및 상기 하프유닛모듈 중 어느 하나 이상으로 구성된 다수의 모듈러 설계도면이 생성되며, 상기 다수의 모듈러 설계도면 중에서 상기 하프유닛모듈의 개수가 가장 적으면서, 상기 메인유닛모듈의 개수와 상기 하프유닛모듈의 개수를 합한 개수가 가장 적은 모듈러 설계도면이 선택되는 단계를 포함하는 설계도면 이미지 전환방법에 관한 것이다.
