Molding system of precast clay walls and their preparing method using the system
The present invention relates to a precast soil wall molding system and a soil wall construction method using the same. The precast soil wall molding system of the present invention comprises: a reinforcing frame manufactured in a lattice structure; a platform having a loading surface on which the reinforcing frame can be erected; a mold module having a cavity for accommodating the reinforcing frame; a transfer means for moving the platform or the mold module to allow the reinforcing frame erected on the platform to enter a cavity of the mold module; and a mud press-fitting means for press-fitting mud dough into the cavity of the mold module. Accordingly, a soil wall used for constructing a mud building can be mass-produced in a precast form.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 흙벽체의 성형시스템 및 이를 이용한 흙벽체의 축조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게 설명하자면, 격자구조로 제작된 보강골조와; 상기 보강골조를 세워둘 수 있는 적재면을 갖는 플랫폼(platform)과; 상기 보강골조를 수용하는 캐비티(cavity)를 갖는 거푸집 모듈과; 상기 플랫폼 위에 세워진 보강골조가 상기 거푸집 모듈의 캐비티 속으로 출입하도록 상기 플랫폼 또는 상기 거푸집 모듈을 이동시켜 주는 이송수단과; 상기 거푸집 모듈의 캐비티 속으로 진흙반죽을 압입하는 진흙압입수단; 을 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 진흙 건축물을 축조하는데 사용되는 흙벽체를 프리캐스트(precast) 형식으로 대량생산 할 수 있는 새로운 흙벽체 성형시스템 및 이를 이용한 흙벽체의 축조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a precast soil wall molding system and a soil wall construction method using the same.
