COMPOSITION METHOD OF STANDARD REFERENCE MATERIALS COMPONENTS FOR REPLACING CEMENT PASTE AND STANDARD REFERENCE MATERIALS COMPONENTS COMPOSED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for forming a standard material composition for simulating a cement paste, and a cement paste formed thereby. The method for forming a standard material composition for simulating a cement paste can conduct quantitative analysis on flowing of a cement paste and effective characteristic control thereof, and can select an optimum composition for simulating a cement paste and analyze the same with reliability wherein the optimum composition can maintain consistent quality thereof for a long time and can secure economic feasibility with relatively reduced manufacturing costs. The method for forming a standard material composition for simulating a cement paste comprises: a composition forming material selecting step of selecting a cement substitute and a viscous fluid for providing viscosity, respectively; a composition forming material drawing step of drawing object composition forming materials from each of the composition forming materials selected in the composition forming material selecting step based on specific required characteristics to be satisfied as a composition of a standard material for simulating a cement paste; and a mixing composition preparing step of mixing the object composition forming materials drawn in the composition forming material drawing step at a fixed mixing rate.
본 발명은 시멘트페이스트의 유동에 대한 정략적 분석과 효과적인 특성 제어가 가능하고, 장기간 일정한 품질을 유지할 수 있으며, 상대적으로 제조 단가가 저렴하여 경제성을 확보할 수 있는 최적의 시멘트페이스트 모사용 조성물을 선정하고 신뢰성 있게 분석 평가할 수 있는 시멘트페이스트 모사용 표준물질 조성물의 조성 방법 및 이에 의해 조성된 시멘트페이스트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시멘트 대체물질, 및 점성을 제공하기 위한 점성유체를 각각 선정하는 조성 구성재료 선정 단계; 시멘트페이스트 모사용 표준물질의 조성물로서 만족되기 위한 특정 요구 특성에 기반하여, 상기 조성 구성재료 선정 단계에서 선정된 각 조성 구성재료로부터 대상 조성 구성재료를 도출하는 조성 구성재료 도출 단계; 및 상기 조성 구성재료 도출 단계에서 도출된 대상 조성 구성재료 각각을 소정 배합 비율로 배합하는 배합 조성물 마련 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 시멘트페이스트 모사용 표준물질 조성물의 조성 방법이 제공된다.
